936 FEDORA ST - KOREATOWN, LOS ANGELES
A 31-unit ground-up apartment with 41 total bedrooms in the heart of Koreatown. It's breaking ground early 2023 and is projected to generate >45% IRR on the project level.​Jay is the development manager on this project who is in charge of its execution.
METROPOLIS R3 - DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES
Part of the larger Metropolis Complex by Greenland USA, Metropolis R3 is a $350 million project with two towers - 60F and 27F. Jay worked for the general contractor Pankow as a Project Engineer on this project for a year.
EDITION HOTEL - WEST HOLLYWOOD
A $260 million luxurious boutique hotel by Witkoff and Marriott, this building holds 190 guest rooms, 20 luxurious condos, and 2 rooftop pools. Jay worked on this project as the Lead Engineer for Pankow Builders.
PRIZMA - HOLLYWOOD
This ground up project has 169 units and 37,000 SF of retail. This is Jay's first project at CIM Group, as an Assistant Construction Manager/Analyst.
TOWN HOUSE EAST - TUCSON, AZ
This is a 42-unit apartment complex value-add acquisition. The building is 1/2 mile from Wholefoods and 5-minute drive from University of Arizona. This project is currently under contract and Jay is one of the limited partners.
1312 N MARIPOSA AVE - SILVERLAKE, CA
A ground-up co-living project with 30 rooms in the silverlake area and 10 mins away from the Hollywood/Sunset Metro Station. It's breaking ground Q4 2023 and is projected to generate >50% IRR on the project level. This project will be completed in about 10 months.
